Establishment of the Public Union “SOUTHERN UKRAINIAN CLUSTER OF RECONSTRUCTION AND RESTORATION”

As part of a new and important stage of regional development, we are pleased to introduce the Public Union “SOUTHERN UKRAINIAN RECONSTRUCTION AND RESTORATION CLUSTER”. This cluster brings together enterprises, institutions and organizations from Odesa, Mykolaiv, Kherson and Kirovohrad regions that will work together to develop innovative solutions and support entrepreneurs and startups to restore the Southern region of Ukraine.

The creation of an innovation cluster promotes competitive growth and improves the quality of life of citizens. The regional cluster develops key industries, attracts investment, creates jobs and promotes sustainable development.

The Agency is the initiator and coordinator of the cluster formation. We aim to ensure fruitful cooperation between NGOs, business and government aimed at developing innovations and supporting the business environment in the region. Our role is to create conditions for an intensive exchange of ideas, attracting investment, and forming joint projects.

• attracting investments to support startups and enterprise development;
• development of infrastructure for innovative business;
• cooperation with educational institutions to create innovative educational programs;
• expanding international relations and cooperation with other innovation clusters.

We invite experts, higher education institutions, and private organizations involved in strategic planning, survey and design of infrastructure facilities and land plots, production of building materials, hazardous waste management, and construction to join us.
