Craft Odesa region

The updated catalog of craft business in Odesa region, Kraftova Odeschyna, is the result of joint work, love for the land and faith in entrepreneurs who create a real Odesa product with soul, character and taste with their own hands.

“Craft Odesa is a publication that brings together dozens of producers of wine, cheese, honey, bread, sweets, cosmetics, crafts, and many other areas that reflect the true potential of the South of Ukraine.

The Regional Development Agency of Odesa Region together with the Department of Economics of the Odesa Regional State Administration analyzed the region’s craft potential, studied the uniqueness of local production, and conducted a survey of Odesa communities to form a complete picture of the current state of small business in the region.

The catalog was developed within the framework of the Ukraine Cohesion and Regional Development (UCORD) project, implemented with the support of Switzerland through the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, by NIRAS Sweden AB.

“Craft Odesa Region is not just a list of producers. It is a living story of people who create a unique product, putting their souls, traditions and love for their native land into it. It is intended to become a tool for promoting local producers, a platform for developing partnerships, attracting investment, and expanding markets.

We believe that the craft business is more than just production. It is the development of the local economy, new tourist attractions and creative destinations, and the preservation of the cultural identity of Odesa region.

This is only the first stage. The catalog will continue to be filled with new names, stories, and tastes as the craft business of Odesa region grows and inspires.

We are already working on expanding the initiative so that small businesses have more opportunities, support, promotion, and professional support.
