IT WAVE 2025 – the main IT event of the year in Odesa

The Regional Development Agency of Odesa Region took part in the large-scale IT WAVE 2025 forum, which for the fifth time brings together the IT community, business, education and government thanks to our partners Odesa IT-family.

The event has become a platform for an honest conversation about the current challenges of the IT industry: from talent acquisition and data security to the development of technological infrastructure in the regions. We talked about how IT can become a driver of economic growth, help businesses become more efficient and at the same time expand opportunities for communities.

The Agency is already working in this direction. Together with the Hillel Computer School / Hillel It Schooll, we are implementing a program to develop digital skills for representatives of Odesa communities. This is a concrete step towards making technology a part of the life of every community, creating new services, jobs and opportunities for young people.

We believe that the future of the regions lies in the combination of technology, education and entrepreneurship.
