The Regional Development Agency of Odesa Region is an active participant in the dialogue between government and business!
The Agency took part in a meeting dedicated to discussing updated criteria for determining enterprises as critical. The event brought together business and government representatives for an open discussion of key issues affecting the development of the region’s economy.
Agency Director Sergiy Kononenko emphasized that such meetings are not just an exchange of information, but an important business support tool that allows entrepreneurs to better understand the requirements, prepare documents and effectively interact with government agencies.

- Updated criteria for determining enterprises as critical, including industry requirements, social significance, and impact on security and the region’s economy.
- Specifics of application in 2025 – innovations in procedures, clarification of business areas that can qualify for critical business status, and requirements for the package of documents.
- Practical recommendations for preparing companies to submit applications – participants received advice and answers to their questions from government officials and experts.
Dmytro Radulov, Deputy Head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, noted that such events help businesses better adapt to new conditions and respond to changes in legislation in a timely manner.
