Strategic session 2024: goals, prospects and partnerships

The year is coming to an end, and it’s a great time to summarize the results and set strategic guidelines for the future. Our team of the Regional Development Agency of Odesa Region took part in a strategic session with Volodymyr Pavelko and departments of the Odesa Regional State Administration, where we shared our vision, goals and plans for the present and future.

Each of us is working to make Odesa region a region of opportunities, where ideas are transformed into concrete results. We discussed key challenges, outlined areas of development, and reaffirmed our commitment to the mission of working for and with people.

we see 2025 as a year of bold decisions and constructive actions, participation in international programs such as Interreg Europe, Horizon Europe, etc. By combining our efforts, we will continue to create innovative projects, attract new resources, and help communities develop.

The secret of success is in the team. We are proud to work together with inspired professionals who change reality for the better.
