We continue to work with financial institutions!
Regional and local development projects always need resources to be implemented.
The Regional Development Agency of Odesa Region has signed a memorandum of cooperation with Oschadbank.
The partnership is aimed at expanding access to credit resources for micro, small, and medium-sized businesses in the region. The partners are interested in using financial instruments to support innovation, investment projects, grants for the production of goods and services, and the renewal of the material and technical base of production to strengthen the capacity of businesses in local communities.

Oschad is a state-owned bank with the largest number of branches throughout Ukraine and provides affordable loans to micro, small and medium-sized businesses at an interest rate of 0% per annum under government and partner programs, including the Affordable Loans 5-7-9% program.
Under martial law, Oschadbank has introduced preferential loan products for business relocation, and for exporters, the bank offers a loan insurance program by the Export Credit Agency (ECA).
“The Agency focuses its efforts on the recovery and development of the region’s economy. Our goal is to provide businesses with various tools to ensure the economic stability of local communities. Oschadbank, in turn, offers effective mechanisms of financial support to the region,”
– emphasized Serhiy Kononenko, Director of the Regional Development Agency of Odesa Region.

“The cooperation between Oschadbank and the Regional Development Agency of Odesa Region is strategically important, as it will allow us to offer our enterprises an effective and affordable financial support tool so that business can develop in difficult times of martial law,”
– said Denys Drevnytskyi, Head of Odesa Regional Department of Oschadbank.
