At the initiative of the Government, in case of emergency communication or electricity outage, we have opened Unbreakable Points all over Ukraine, where you can keep warm, charge your gadgets and contact your relatives. The safety and humanitarian shelter locations are free of charge and operate in a temporary stay format.

Back in December, the NBU addressed regional administrations with recommendations to organize the installation of ATMs and payment terminals at the Sanctuary Points. After all, despite the difficult situation in the country’s energy sector, bank transfers, cash withdrawals, utility bills or regular payments in a store always remain relevant.

To improve access to ATMs operating during emergency power outages, UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group, together with the Regional Development Agency of Odesa Region, has developed an interactive map of the Odesa Unbreakable Points, which shows the nearest autonomous ATM of the bank and its remoteness.
