Regional development agencies are key partners of communities in the process of digitalization

Regional Development Agency of Odesa Region took part in a strategic session held on March 19-20 at the initiative of the EGAP Program in cooperation with the UCORD Project. The main topic of the event was the digital transformation of communities and the possibility of creating digital competence centers based on regional development agencies.

Digitalization of communities is not just a trend, but a necessity for their sustainable development.

Regional development agencies play a key role in this process by becoming platforms for the implementation of digital tools.

The participants of the session discussed in detail the ways of effective digitalization of regions and the role of agencies as key drivers of this process.

The participation of the Regional Development Agency of Odesa Region in the strategic session, together with the pilot agencies of the UCORD project and the EGAP Program, allows us to better understand how to make digital transformation as effective as possible for communities. Together with our partners, we are working to make digitalization a catalyst for economic growth and a tool for strengthening local democracy.
