Investment studies were developed for Artsyz, Kodyma and Starokozak communities
In order to identify potential opportunities for attracting investment, analyze available resources and needs, assess investment attractiveness, and develop development strategies to stimulate economic growth, create new jobs, and improve the quality of life of residents, the Regional Development Agency of Odesa Region, within the framework of the Ukraine Cohesion and Regional Development Project, UCORD Project, implemented with the support of Switzerland through the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, has developed investment Officially, the Kodyma community and the Old Cossack community.
We have done a lot of work on studying the investment potential of each of these communities in Odesa Oblast. To do so, we conducted targeted visits to the communities, met with key stakeholders, and organized focus groups. This made it possible to collect relevant information, identify the main problems and promising investment projects of each territory.
In our analysis, we took into account
- availability of natural resources;
- the ability to connect new facilities to the power grid;
- tax burden on business;
- speed of starting a business;
- availability of land lease;
- openness of urban planning documentation;
- a list of online administrative services.
The results will become an important tool for making management decisions, developing investment proposals and creating new business opportunities.
Together with the communities, we are working to make Odesa region more and more attractive to investors, and each community has its own path to sustainable development.
