- UCORD project – cohesion and regional development.

The main focus of the meeting was on community support and business involvement in the recovery and development of the region’s economy.
Mr. Baumann emphasized that Switzerland is interested in cooperation with Ukrainian business and is considering the possibility of organizing a business delegation visit to Odesa region in 2026.
The Agency’s team presented:

- work with communities and businesses;
- industrial parks and cluster initiatives;
- tools for attracting funds to the region.

The Ambassador praised the potential of Odesa region and expressed interest in the development of the cluster approach, which the Agency is actively implementing. Clusters can become a platform for partnership with Swiss business and the implementation of joint projects.
