From ideas to real projects: the Agency’s team has undergone intensive training on the KROKUS platform
The team of the Regional Development Agency of Odesa Region joined the two-day training “Project Concept: The Way from Ideas to Solutions with the UCORD Project IT Tool – the KROKUS Online Platform”, and it was a truly powerful practical experience.
The training brought together representatives of 11 regional development agencies from different regions of Ukraine within the UCORD Project.
On the second day, the participants moved from theory to practice – pitching their own project concepts. And these were not just training exercises, but real solutions that respond to the current challenges of the regions.
Among the key areas:
- development of medical infrastructure and access to services
- support for business and the processing industry
- development of tourism and regional routes
- strengthening export potential
- formation of regional brands
- barrier-free access and educational initiatives
- preservation of cultural heritage
- institutional development of communities
The KROKUS platform provides an opportunity to quickly structure ideas, formulate high-quality project concepts, and prepare them for further fundraising.
Such training formats build not only skills but also a community of practitioners who work daily to develop their regions and are already creating solutions for Ukraine’s recovery.
