Clean water for communities in Odesa region

The Regional Development Agency of Odesa Region together with the Ukrainian Water Association, HOPE FOUNDATION and Xylem continues to work to improve the water supply of Odesa Oblast communities.

As part of the humanitarian aid, 100 VF100 Home Filters were distributed to meet the needs:

  • Tairovska
  • Chornomorskaya
  • Reniyska
  • Bessarabian
  • Safyanivska communities
  • as well as for the NEXT Youth Charitable Foundation.

8 powerful water pumps were delivered to the communities:

  • Safyanivska
  • Tairovska
  • Chornomorskaya
  • Fontanskaya

These are real things that help to avoid accidents, deliver water to homes and maintain resilience even in crisis conditions.

For example, Chornomorskvodokanal has already received two pumps capable of operating autonomously, responding to breakdowns and ensuring uninterrupted water supply.

And in Safianivka and other communities, the filters are already being used by low-income families and other socially vulnerable groups who have not had stable access to quality drinking water.

We do not just provide equipment – we help communities, especially those who need it most, become stronger and less vulnerable to challenges.
