Forum “Synergy of the South: a course for digital transformation”

on May 12-13, the regional forum “Synergy of the South: A Course for Digital Transformation” brought together participants from Odesa and Kherson oblasts – representatives of communities, CDTOs, and digital change specialists.

How can Odesa Oblast communities not only adapt to the challenges of wartime but also open up new opportunities for development? One of the practical ways is through the effective implementation of digital solutions.

During the Synergy of the South 2025 Forum, representatives of the Agency took part in discussions on

  • application of digital tools to increase transparency of management and attract investment
  • use of the latest services to improve administrative services and support local businesses
  • development of digital competencies of community leaders to implement technologies at the local level

For the Agency, participation in such events is a consistent effort to create opportunities for Odesa region communities in the field of digital transformation, which directly affects the recovery and economic development of the Odesa region.
